What to expect

D1: The atmosphere of Cabo de la Vela

Visit the Salines of Manaure with a guide from the community. After a logistical break in Uribia, head for Cabo de la Vela.

Discover Playa Arcoiris and climb to the top of Pilón de Azúcar, a sacred site for the Wayuus. Swim at Playa Dorada and end the day with a stunning sunset at Playa Ojo de Agua or El Faro, depending on the time spent in the other sites.

D2: Mayapo then Riohacha

After breakfast, head for the magnificent beaches of Mayapo. On arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch typical of La Guajira, followed by free time to relax, swim, or experiment with water sports.

Mid-afternoon marks the end of your adventure and your return to Riohacha.
