SeeColombia.Travel Is Now Part Of Tomplanmytrip.com
Marcela Mariscal, a well-traveled Colombian, founded SeeColombia.Travel with a mission to showcase her homeland. Her co-pilot brings global marketing expertise and a shared love for Colombia, making them the dream team behind the world’s leading Colombian tour operator. Marcela & her Peruvian lover enjoyed a love story as dazzling as it was beautiful, and continued the SeeColombia adventure while traveling with their children.
See Colombia set out to be the ultimate guide for vacations in Colombia, staffed by a team with a mission to reveal the country’s many treasures. Beyond typical sightseeing, they offered unique experiences such as the “Pablo Escobar is History Tour” in Medellín, which gives a nuanced look at the city’s past. They also played a role in reuniting Nicole Kisala, a woman kidnapped in Colombia and adopted in the U.S., with her long-lost family, highlighting the life-changing power of travel.
SeeColombia Travel had a knack for partnering with standout travel aficionados. London-born Paul Giles was the digital whiz, Aussie Paul Fowler brought a poetic lens, Sarah Duncan, also from Australia, added Salsa and local Bogotá insights, and editor Chris Bell had nearly seen it all in Colombia. Each added a unique flavor to the brand’s vibrant narrative.
Tomplanmytrip is thrilled to have acquired SeeColombia.Travel, a brand that aligns perfectly with our mission. We’re eager to build on their legacy, continuing to assist both new and seasoned travelers in discovering the wonders of Colombia. It’s an exciting new chapter for everyone involved!
